Rachel joined Oxford Science Enterprises in April 2022, bringing extensive HR experience across the employee life cycle, and in establishing and improving HR functions.
At OSE, Rachel is involved in all aspects of HR, overseeing internal recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, consultancy, employee leave and benefits, as well as providing advice and support to the team.
Prior to joining, Rachel worked at the University of Oxford where she managed recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, immigration and process improvement.
Rachel is an Associate Member of the CIPD.
