Polly joined Oxford Science Enterprises in September 2020, bringing over twenty years’ experience in public equity markets and investor relation roles for listed businesses.
At OSE, Polly oversees fundraising for OSE and its portfolio companies, as well as managing the Group’s relationships with shareholders and co-investors globally.
The majority of Polly’s career was spent at UBS, where she joined as a media analyst during the TMT boom, moving on to lead Telecom and Media equity specialist sales. At UBS she built strong relationships with key equity investors and led the sales effort on a number of prominent IPOs.
More recently, Polly has worked with public companies to help sharpen their investor messaging and strengthen their shareholder bases. Prior to OSE, she led Investor Relations and Corporate PR at FTSE 100 listed, RS Group (formerly known as Electrocomponents).
Polly holds a BA in History from the University of Manchester.
